IF: Future

This was a previous work that I touched up for this iFriday. The idea behind this was that palm-readers can see the future, so the hand has an eye in the middle of the palm to signify this relationship.

IF: Tribute

This week, I aimed to draw something "surreal" in tribute to my favorite artist, Salvador Dali. This drawing is a decomposition of a hand, with melting clocks, borrowed from the piece "Disintegration of Persistence of Memory" by Dali. The decomposing hand symbolizes my "falling apart" as the end of the school year nears. The melting clock symbolizes that time is slipping away as the end of the year nears as well.

IF: Farewell

When I thought of farewell, I thought of someone passing away and the funeral/tombstone is the final farewell you give the deceased person.

IF: Train

My idea for this drawing was to make the front of the train similar to a head/face. The idea of the train coming toward the viewer came from the phrase, "full speed ahead."

IF: Wild

A bit cliche, but I decided to go for a cubism look with the main focus of the piece: the tiger.
